About the role

This is a unique opportunity to join the People Strategy team at Deliveroo. You will report into the Director, People Strategy & Initiatives and work on high impact analysis and initiatives to help strengthen our organisational capabilities, effectiveness and underlying infrastructure. You are expected to be data driven, strong at problem structuring and evaluating tradeoffs, comfortable working across stakeholders and delivering high impact projects. The role is hybrid in nature and based out of our London HQ office.

What you\'ll be doing

• You will analyse our organisation health metrics and develop recommendations for potential improvements
• You will help build frameworks, design processes and policy that impact our organisational effectiveness
• You will project manage high impact initiatives with cross functional / global scope that helps us scale efficiently
• You will build partnerships across a range of stakeholders and influence outcomes without formal authority using data and logic

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a strategy/ analysis oriented role in a tech, corporate or consulting company
• Ability to structure problems, breaking it down and thinking through the different considerations and dependencies
• Ability to analyse data by building spreadsheet models to derive insights/ run diagnostics
• Ability to build project plans, set up project teams and execute deliverables
• Experience building proposals and presenting to Director/ VP level stakeholders
• Comfortable navigating partners across a range of seniority and departments
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast paced environment requiring high levels of ownership
• Past People/ HR experience is a bonus but not mandatory
