What you'll be doing:





Manage the onboarding/offboarding for employees that WOW
candidates and employees!
Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and
provide assistance in a professional manner
High quality maintenance of personnel-related data on the HR

platform and ensure all employment requirements are met. Great data

gives us great insight!
Work hand-in-hand with our Accounting team to ensure payroll

processes are followed with 100% accuracy
Form effective relationships with the departments and consults with

line management, providing People guidance when appropriate. Typically by supporting front line managers
Coordinate new employees relocation process when needed Partner with colleagues globally to ensure a vibrant and effective

workplace
Ensure all benefits programmes are administered in line with process

or policy
Participate in/Implement People Team Projects to the highest quality

and on time
Support the Head of People to implement strategic goals and agreed

people team activities
Support the ongoing improvement to the efficiency of our organisation Promote a culture that supports high performance

What we are looking for

:

Experience as a People Partner/Human Resource Business Partner in

a medium sized organisation
Understanding of UK employment law and experience dealing with

employee relation issues
Experience supporting people processes and policies that meet the needs of a flexible and agile organisation Good relationship building skills and a role model for others Experience supporting people projects across all areas of the people

function
Key competencies that include: high attention to detail, action

orientated, building trust with team members and employees,


stakeholder management, empathetic, and commercial mindset
Ability to make decisions independently Fluent in English (written and spoken) Experience of a startup / scaleup would be beneficia
