Job description




Main purpose of the role




We have a fantastic opportunity for a People Development Advisor to join us based from our Doncaster Lakeside Head Office with agile/hybrid working.


This exciting new role provides a great opportunity to work within the People Development and Engagement function and gain insight into many aspects of the business.


The People Development Advisor will be responsible for training coordination and some elements of training delivery, providing support and guidance to people managers and employees across the business, including emerging talent such as graduates, trainees and apprentices.


The role involves working closely with People Development colleagues, to drive upskilling of all employees through a range of training, including, leadership development, soft skills, personal and development. Also supporting with the delivery of our internal functional training programmes such as construction, sales and customer care, to drive cultural change and benefits across the business.

Skills, knowledge & experience




We are looking for someone who fits with our core values here at Keepmoat; they will be passionate about people development, with previous experience of working in a training coordination role.


They will be confident and collaborative, friendly, and helpful with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the HR function and the wider business.


They will be creative with an eye for content and up to do date knowledge of training best practice, learning tools and media; whilst keeping a strong commercial and quality focus.


The ideal candidate will have a straightforward approach, excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask to deliver excellent customer service.


A candidate with experience of delivering face to face training and/or virtual, would be preferred.
