This is a new fixed term role to support the People Directorate as we undertake significant data-focused change projects including our move towards the implementation of an ERP.
The role-holder will work closely with the People Data and Analytics Manager to be an advocate for data-driven decision-making and to represent the interests of the People Directorate and University in the management and use of People Data.
You will have experience as a data specialist working in a large and complex organisation working with Power BI or data analytics tools. You'll be a GDPR practitioner or have equivalent experience and you'll enjoy investigating and solving data puzzles. Ideally you'll have experience in working with HR/Payroll data or people data and you may have data migration experience. You'll have great communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical scenarios for a non-technical audience.
