What you\'ll do

You\'ll love what you do and take pride in supporting our People aligned to our We Care Philosophy:

• You will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the corporate People function to ensure a positive, consistent and accurate representation of Dorchester Collection people discipline
• You\'ll support all Employee Relations issues for Corporate Office, including acting as a HR Business Partner with the Global Contact Centre to support the high performance of the team while enhancing the employee experience and engagement
• Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a People Generalist you\'ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
• You will be tasked with protecting the interests of employees in accordance with company People & Culture policies and governmental laws and regulations
• You\'ll also be involved in:

• Coordinating compliance to regulatory concerns and report to the Vice President of People & Culture all high level and critical concerns.
• Support the VP of People & Culture with cases submitted through the it\'s your call whistleblowing hotline
• Take full ownership of General Data Protection Regulations for the Corporate Office, ensuring all members of the People & Culture team adhere to the confidential processing of personal data
• Work closely with the Head of People & Exp. Systems to conduct employee engagement survey meetings with corporate office leaders
• Support line managers in probation review meetings when required
• Conduct all employee exit interviews, and analyse trends in exit review data for corporate office
• Review People & Culture Policies to ensure they are up to date and in line with the current legislation

What you\'ll bring

• You\'ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
• You will have previous experience in an HR Generalist role, and a degree in Human Resources Management or CIPD qualification is desirable.
• You have a talent for managing multiple complex projects and assignments and meeting deadlines
• You have attention to detail and accuracy and are a creative and innovative thinker
• You have a flexible working style and will be able to collaborate effectively with P&C team on multidisciplinary projects
• We are looking for someone who has strong understanding of HR Administration processes, and has previous experience in management of company HR policies.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong people centric mindset.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
