How will you make an impact?
You will be responsible for undertaking a broad range of activities that includes dealing with the day-to-day support and administration of the People and Culture function.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Providing general administrative support to the People & Culture department, including maintaining employee records, handling correspondence and updating relevant systems.
Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
Supporting the onboarding and induction process for new employees including reference requests and probationary reviews.
Ensuring compliance with GDPR and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assisting in various P&C initiatives such as performance reviews, employee engagement activities, and other P&C programs to promote a positive work culture.
Liaising with Payroll/Training/IT to ensure new starters and leaver information is updated promptly.
Coordinating training for employees, helping to schedule training, manage registrations, and update our skills matrix.
Providing reception cover on Fridays and during holiday periods of the Receptionist.
Helping to update policies and practices, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal company policies.
Providing support in managing employee relation cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and absence management.
Taking minutes for key meetings, which may include disciplinary meetings, grievance meetings, inductions, exit interviews, return-to-work meetings, and maternity/paternity discussions.
To carry out additional tasks under the guidance and direction of the Head of People, Culture & Safety where required.
Experience, Knowledge and Education:
Strong exposure to HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations.
Excellent I.T skills with working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
Basic understanding of UK employment law and HR practices.
Highly organised with a structured working style.
CIPD qualification is desirable.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
Displays strong levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
