As the newly appointed Pensions Solicitor you would be expected to: Offer expert advice to clients in all areas of Pensions schemes, as well as clients including scheme employers, public sector bodies, charities and educational establishments. You will act on behalf of clients with assets less than \xc2\xa31m to over \xc2\xa3100m and regardless of the size of pension scheme will offer an elevated level of pragmatic and commercial advice You will also be expected to handle complex, technical and often high value issues.
