Pensions Business Analyst

Job Description
The team is already delivering a number of disruptive pensions and investment consulting applications and the business are looking for additional support to accelerate our transformation program.
You will be working in collaboration with business stakeholders, the IT team and external developers to evaluate how to achieve the business aims. The roadmap consists of a range of internal and customer facing systems as the business moves towards a new technical architecture.
Key skills required:
- Experience of a major change and transformation program
- Pensions expertise
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Visio, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience in both Waterfall, Agile and mixed development environments
