:Pension Officer | 7694 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | xc2xa327,711 to xc2xa330,060 per annum (Scale F) | County Hall, NorwichWe have a number of vacancies within our Member Services Team and are looking for individuals with great customer service skills and a head for numbers to join the Norfolk Pension Fund as Pension Officers.The Norfolk Pension Fund is responsible for all aspects of managing, administering and delivering the LGPS in Norfolk. Part of Norfolk County Council, we deliver the LGPS to over 400 participating employers and around 100,000 scheme members and beneficiaries, managing assets of over xc2xa34billion.This role will include dealing with members of the pension scheme, their employers and their payroll providers. You will also be in contact with other pension providers and in time will perform and understand complex pension benefit calculations helping to deliver a first-class service to our members.To be considered for the role, you'll need good problem-solving, numeracy and literacy skills (including Maths and English GCSE or equivalent), and you'll have experience in a customer-facing administrative role.
