Payroll Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa340,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa345,000 + Bonus \xe2\x80\x93 City Of LondonFrazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name in professional services on the recruitment of a Payroll Specialist to join the business on a permanent basis.Our client is offering hybrid working (2 days required into the office)

  • Processing of monthly UK payrolls, including HM Revenue & Customs and Auto Enrolment reporting.
  • Managing a portfolio of UK and international clients.
  • Coordinating and reviewing international payrolls.
  • Serving as the first point of contact with clients and their employees, answering queries and facilitating communication.
  • Liaising with our network of international payroll providers and HMRC.
  • Setting up and on boarding new clients.
  • Attending meetings and calls with new and existing clients.
  • Preparation of funding requests, banking, and payments from client\xe2\x80\x99s payroll accounts for an interim period.
  • Delivering great client service.
  • Controlling WIP and billing on your portfolio.
Skills & Experience required:
  • CIPP Part/ fully qualified
  • Must have exposure to working within a Payroll bureau or practice.
  • 3-5 years of UK Payroll exposure
