As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Payroll Manager to join our team and take ownership of our payroll operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage payroll processing for our clients.
Ensure salary payments comply with current laws and regulations.
Maintain and regularly update accurate payroll records.
Accurately process employee benefits, deductions, and bonuses.
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Respond to payroll-related queries from clients in a timely manner.
Prepare and submit detailed payroll reports to management.
Coordinate with clients to guarantee accurate and timely salary distribution.
Monitor timely payment of salaries and tax obligations.
Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards for all payroll information.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in payroll management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax laws, and regulations.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
