Job Summary: Kiwa UK is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to support the accurate and compliant delivery of payroll and benefits across our UK and international teams. Payroll Delivery

: Support the accurate and compliant delivery of payroll for ~700 UK employees and 7 international payrolls (including China, India, UAE, Ireland & Turkey).

Monthly Processing

: Assist with monthly payroll tasks including onboarding, leavers, status changes, and adjustments such as holiday pay, maternity/paternity leave, and overtime.

Compliance & Reporting

: Support timely submissions to external stakeholders including HMRC, tax professionals, and auditors, ensuring all reporting requirements are met.

Benefits Support

: Partner with the HR team to provide calculations and assist in the deployment of new and existing employee benefits initiatives.

Annual Exercises

: Contribute to key annual payroll activities including bonuses, LTIP, living wage updates, PSA, and company car reporting.

Do you have what it takes?:
A recognised professional in Payroll with demonstrable experience of delivering compliant payroll cycles. Experience in contributing to the end-to-end payroll cycle from an in-house perspective. Strong attention to detail. Basic understanding of financial principles & ERP systems. Ability to work and reach targets set independently. Excellent communication skills.

What can you expect from us in return?:
30,000 - 35,000 per annum

37.5 hours per week

- Monday to Friday (we are also open to part-time/ job share applicants)

- preferably a hybrid role based in Cheltenham (1-2 days in the office per week), but also open to fully remote candidates
