A bit about the role






As part of our HR and Payroll Services team you will provide transactional advice and support to all colleagues. You will complete payroll processes efficiently and accurately to ensure that employees are compensated correctly and in compliance with relevant regulations and policies. You will ensure that all necessary checks and reconciliations are conducted prior to the monthly payroll to uphold robust payroll controls consistent with team performance standards. Additionally, you will assume responsibility for addressing enquiries related to pay following the conclusion of the monthly payroll process.

We are a high-performing team and to join us you will need to demonstrate:




Experience of customer services / query management with an understanding of how to resolve and escalate queries and pass on information promptly and effectively Proven administrative skills coupled with advanced computer skills, particularly adept at data manipulation using Microsoft Excel. 1-2 years experience of working in a high volume transactional environment supporting Payroll processes An effective communicator adept at simplifying intricate concepts for individuals with varying levels of English proficiency. Exceptional numerical and literary proficiency, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail and precision A flexible approach and a desire to work as part of a team and support the wider operational environment. Sound working knowledge of current HRMC legislation, RTI, pension's auto-enrolment and salary sacrifice schemes. Driven and adaptable, proficient in swiftly acquiring new skills, proactively taking initiative, and excelling under tight timelines Experience of iTrent or equivalent Payroll system
