PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Hybrid

Salary: 25-27K DOE

Hours: 9AM - 5PM Monday - Friday

Strictly UK based applicants only please

Payroll experience not essential Full training will be given but you must be great with numbers and have excellent attention to detail.
This is a hybrid role, requiring you to attend the office in Crewe on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

You will be joining a growing and ambitious consultancy business with a global client base across multiple industries to help prepare, deliver and streamline their payroll processes within a bureau setting.

Previous experience is not required for this role, your attitude, capabilities and work ethic are the most important factors for this business However, being able to use Excel to an advanced level is highly advantageous, being competent with v-lookups and pivot tables.

The business is very keen to 'grow their own talent' and develop candidates that are flexible, have the right mindset and a 'can do' attitude. This is a growing and ever changing business and can sometimes feel a little chaotic due to ever changing demands and challenges.

It is essential that you have an adaptable nature, your role will be varied and somewhat repetitive involving a lot of data input, you will be dealing with both regular and new clients each month, both large and small, as part of an outsourced payroll service for external businesses.

A supportive and flexible training structure is in place. This will suit someone who is keen to learn and expand with guidance and courses. You must be adaptable, have a good customer service manner and not be afraid to ask questions but you must also be capable of working independently.

Working closely with and supporting your colleagues, people will describe you as 'switched on' and you will be able to build a good rapport with your customers.
