Based at Champneys Springs.


Part time or Full Time positions available, this can be discussed at interview stage.


The role of Payroll Administrator is one that ensures the accuracy of all matters relating to employee payroll and ensures that the Group Employee Accounting Manager is equipped to run and communicate payroll costs in a timely manner. This role overseas a significant amount of administration so attention to detail is essential.


In addition to supporting the payroll function is the support that this role provides to the People & Culture Team.

Some of the main duties and responsibilites include;

Maintaining and updating payroll records Dealing with the day-to-day payroll process Supporting both the HR Team and Group Employee Accounting Manager with staff accommodation for the colleagues that live in Preparing periodic payroll reports Where overpayments have occurred liaise with the HR Team and agree communication processes, this will be a case-by-case process Supporting the Group Employee Account Manager and HR Director with: Ad Hoc reporting, Company insurance, P11D & PSA's Support the HR Team with IR35 requests
