We are working with an exciting new Fintech EMI (Electronic Money Institution)
They are the provider and developer of a next-generation premier digital finance and wealth solution intended for global citizens and corporations.
This company has fantastic band new offices in the heart of Mayfair.
With the expansion of their payments team, they have an opening for a Payments analyst.
Role description
Reporting to the Payments Supervisor and Head of Operations, the payments analyst will be assisting with the BAU processing of payments, FX booking, reporting and reconciliation.
The company employs roughly 25 people who you will interact with every day, so being a highly engaged collaborative team member is crucial.
Key responsibilities
- Process UK payments\xe2\x80\x93BACS, CHAPS and Faster Payments (Incoming and Outgoing) \xe2\x80\xa2 Process international payments (Incoming and Outgoing).
- SWIFT Payments via SWIFT Alliance Lite2 (MT103, MT199) (End to end Swift message formatting is a highly desirable skill)
- FX booking
- Monitor company card payments
- Perform 4 eye checks on manually keyed payments and repairs to failed payments.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and directly with clients with regards to rejected and exception items and required documentation.
