Job Description


We are growing practice in an ever changing sector. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach, be able to work on their own initiative and bring a positive attitude to working in a team.The role includes face to face interaction with service users. They will an excellent telephone manner to deal with the wide range of queries presenting on a day to day basis. They will be required to carry out admin/clerical duties which form an important and much valued part of the running of the organisation.Main duties of the jobThe successful candidate will be required to work at reception and on telephones, actioning the various enquiries from service users and other visitors.You will be expected to undertake clerical work such as, patient registrations, documents processing, data entry to name but a few.Please refer to the Job description provided in the supporting documents for the detailed expectation for this role.About usWe are a growing practice with over 15,000 patients in the dynamic area of Docklands in Tower Hamlets.
