The Role
As Chef de Partie, you'll support the Head Chef in producing high-quality, visually appealing dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to menu development, manage your station efficiently, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the kitchen.
Key Tasks:

Work with the Head Chef on food preparation and service of pastry offerings
Produce high-quality pastries and exciting desserts, considering both design and taste
Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
Organise and monitor kitchen stock and supplies
Keep accurate records to minimise waste and support budget management
Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are upheld
Foster strong communication and teamwork across the kitchen
About You
We're seeking individuals who are:
Experienced in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject or equivalent
Level 3 Food Safety certification
Awareness of manual handling and food hygiene practices
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
