A suitable candidate for this role would ...

Need to be very enthusiastic about sports and be willing to deliver a wide variety of activities. Need to want to work with and inspire young children. Be polite and have smart personal appearance. Need to be willing to learn as well as having good time keeping and organisational skills. Willing to train for qualifications; qualifications are not mandatory (as we will provide training for the right character), however, an NGB level 2 is required for this role.
This is a great way to start or continue your career pathway (alongside other commitments) to becoming a high-quality sports coach. You will start off learning from an experienced coach if necessary whilst taking on your own after school clubs. You may have to complete a combination of e-learning and on the job tasks to ensure you are qualified to deliver the sports required.
