who will be responsible for managing and creating engaging content for targeted media platforms. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, and actively engaging with our online community. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly creative, and able to work collaboratively with the Directors on content creation. The individual will ideally work 2 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Engage with our online community by managing social correspondence, including responding to comments, DMs, and stories.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase the presence and engagement of our brand.
Proven experience in content creation, video (filming and editing), and photography (shoot and retouch), with a portfolio showcasing your creative work across various platforms.
A keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling, coupled with an understanding of consumer behaviour, and social media trends.
Strong organizational skills with experience in creating and maintaining a social media content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and publication of content to maximize engagement and reach.
Marketing experience - 1+ years preferred.
Content creation experience - 1+ years preferred.
