Job description We are currently looking for part-time Sales Associates to join our team at The Rangers Store at Edmiston House Candidates are required to have flexibility to be able to work various days throughout the week and weekends, as well as Match Days/Evenings (Essential) Experience of working in a fast paced environment is preferred but not essential. Role Responsibilities:
- Serving and assisting customers
- Upselling products and promotions
- Efficiently processing transactions on tills
- Shirt personalisation
- Processing deliveries and ensuring the store is fully replenished
- Tidying and maintaining visual standards
- Providing excellent customer service
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Ensuring all Health and Safety guidelines are followed
- Strive to achieve excellence at all times
- Be able to deal with customers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
- Display a customer first heads-up mentality
- Display a confident approach to maximising sales
- Have good communication skills
- Have good time keeping and be reliable
- Be flexible towards working hours
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
