Role: Part Time Sales Advisor / Location: Cardiff / Salary: \xc2\xa310.61 per hour plus bonus and benefits / Hours of work: 20 hours per week across 3 days

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

When a customer visits our stores, their experience starts with you. As a Sales Advisor, you\xe2\x80\x99re not just sitting at a till and you\xe2\x80\x99re definitely not moving boxes - you\xe2\x80\x99re helping people through the biggest moments of their lives.

So think of this as a hybrid role: part customer service, part sales and part facilities management. This is a truly unique job and no day is exactly the same.

Here are some of the things you\xe2\x80\x99ll get up to day-to-day:

• With a good understanding of our customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs you\xe2\x80\x99ll help them decide what the best solution is for them
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll maximise sales at every opportunity through promoting our products and services
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll offer the highest quality of customer service in person, via email or phone (you\xe2\x80\x99d be surprised how a cuppa can make a huge difference to someone\xe2\x80\x99s day!)
• Completing daily health and safety walkarounds you\xe2\x80\x99ll help to maintain the general cleanliness of the site
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll carry out general administrative tasks on our database
