A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part time PA to support the CEO of reputable global organisation based in Warrington. This is a permanent role that would suit someone with previous PA experience supporting at a senior/Exec level, who is looking to work within a supportive and welcoming environment. Duties will include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Booking and arranging travel, including International, transport and accommodation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organising events and conferences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with staff, suppliers, and other internal and external stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collating and filing expenses. Person Specification: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as a PA supporting at a senior level \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional attitude and appearance \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organisational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks. Hours will be 10am - 2pm, Monday - Friday and it is an office based role. Salary will be up to \xc2\xa330,000 per annum (full-time equivalent) based on 20 hour week, plus benefits.
