Part-Time Marketing Executive - Recruitment Sector

Location: Harrogate Town Centre (next to the train station)

Part-time hours - flexible days, ideally 2-3 days per week

About Us

SGS is a growing recruitment start-up based in Harrogate. We're a close-knit team with big ambitions, specialising in Social Care recruitment, specifically Children's Residential Homes and Specialist Education. We're now looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Executive to help us attract and engage more candidates using modern outbound marketing methods.

The Role

This is a flexible part-time opportunity for someone with marketing experience (either from a previous role or freelance work) who's confident using digital tools, enjoys content creation, and understands how to get attention online. You'll help design and run campaigns, produce short-form video content, and support the team with creative outreach strategies.

What You'll Be Doing

Create and manage outbound marketing campaigns to engage new candidates Use tools such as:


+ LinkedIn Sales Navigator
+ Dripify
+ Streak CRM
+ Paiger
+ Clay
+ Slack
+ Loom (video outreach - scripts provided)
+ Our Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Recruiterflow)
Create short video content for outreach and social channels Apply marketing funnel principles to attract and retain interest Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop targeted campaigns Keep CRM and candidate data up to date Track performance and suggest improvements

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous experience in a marketing or digital comms role (agency, freelance, or in-house) Is familiar with social media and outreach tools (training provided if needed) Is confident with video content and short-form media Has a creative, proactive mindset and loves coming up with new ideas Can work flexibly and independently in a start-up environment Has great communication and organisational skills
