About Us:

The Street Diner is a leading catering service specialising in private, corporate, and entertainment events. While our home base is in Hexham, Northumberland, our work takes us far and wide across the UK.

We have a fleet of vehicles. Our trailers don't fix themselves, so if you're handy with a spanner, know your way around welding gear, and don't run from a bit of grease, we want to hear from you.

Join Our Team:

Position: Part-time Engineer/Handyman/Mechanic Employment Type: Self-Employed Hours: Full-Time 2-3 days a week Location: Fourstones, Hexham

Duties and Responsibilities:

Van and trailer repairs and servicing Welding and fabrication Catering trailer and vehicle fabrication Kitchen equipment fitting Electrical wiring Towing and on-site set ups

What We're Looking For:

A 'can do' attitude Flexibility with shifts Self-motivated and reliable Skilled in mechanical and handyman tasks Experience in van and trailer repairs, welding, fabrication and electrical work is a plus
