You will work on a variety of paid and organic digital campaigns, leveraging your expertise in performance marketing, content strategy, and data analytics.Reporting to:

• Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies tailored to fitness and wellbeing brands.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Analyse campaign performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation.
• Work closely with clients to understand their brand identity, target audience, and business goals.
• Create engaging, SEO-driven content to boost organic visibility and drive inbound traffic.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to implement innovative, high-performing campaigns.
• Provide detailed reporting and insights to clients, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

• Work with the Brand's team to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for

websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns. * Website updates & In-studio screen and content management

• Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators

• Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing (preferably in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors).
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
• Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and the broader health industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders.
