Park's Motor Group is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Parts Supervisor to join their highly successful team at our Ford Perth dealership.



If you are a self-motivated team leader and can offer excellent customer service, then we can offer you an opportunity to join our team.

To be successful you will:

? Have parts advisor or supervisory experience.



? Be extremely organised and be able to undertake various administrative duties.



? Have a proven track record of being able to lead a team under pressure and consistently helping to achieve parts sales objectives.



? Be able to align your team's goals with the company's overall objectives.



? Be able to manage a variety of customer demands and ensure we deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.



? Be IT literate (knowledge of CDK would be an advantage).



? Be friendly, reliable, trustworthy and responsible.



? Be able to operate effectively as part of the wider Park's management team.



? Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).



? A full clean driving license is also desirable.
