My client is a small HGV/LGV/PSV/LCV independent workshop, just north of Doncaster - within another workshop in Manchester.
As a Parts Specialist / Manager will be responsible for leading, managing and motivating a small team to achieve the agreed business plan and provide excellent customer service. The role also carries the responsibility for strategic planning, processes and all aspects of running a successful department.
The Successful Applicant
- The ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience
- Ability to plan strategies and activities to grow and develop a business
- Be sales focussed and results orientated
- Have a high degree of IT literacy.
- Supervisory or Management experience - Beneficial
- Previous experience working with commercial vehicle parts - Beneficial
- Pay rate: \xc2\xa3Competitive up to \xc2\xa340kpa basic.
- Working week: Monday to Friday 8.00-5.30 (No Saturdays at present, may change when the workshop gets busier).
