Parts Centre Manager-Main Dealer Franchise in Sheffield
Basic Salary- Up to \xc2\xa340,000.00, OTE of \xc2\xa360,000.00
Hours- 42 Hours Per Week
Days- Monday to Friday 8am-17:30pm plus Saturday mornings when required.
Our client is a well renowned main dealer franchise based in the Sheffield area. They are currently looking to recruit a talented and driven leader for their busy parts centre. The centre manager will be working for a state of the arts parts centre, leading and managing the team to achieve the business goals and provide excellent customer service throughout. The role also carries responsibility for strategic planning, process and all aspects of running a successful parts centre.

The Successful Parts Centre Manager Will Have:

• Previous Parts Centre Management Experience
• Previous Automotive Experience, In a centre manager role.
• Experience of leading a large team.
• Experience of Strategic Planning and Processes.
• Driven and Motivated Leader.
• Sales Focused with Customer Service Experience
• A Full UK Driving License.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Parts Centre Manager:

• Leading the Team
• Ensure Centre goals set by head office are achieved
• Translate overall sales growth into challenging but achievable departmental goals, with first line management.
• Ensure the team is motivated, recognised and incentivized
• Create a Manpower Plan for your Centre and put a succession plan in place
• Create and maintain a Customer centric culture in the business
• Work within the identified sales strategy to increase sales revenues
• With the team to devise and implement sales plans
• Analyze internal and external market data to develop an understanding of the potential sales opportunities
• Work to achieve agreed business plan and budget - controlling costs within agreed parameters including Gross Margin levels
