Connexus UK is proud to be working on behalf of a well-established and growing client in Mid Ulster who specialise in delivering high-quality garage services and fleet maintenance across the region.

As part of their continued success, they are now seeking a proactive and organised

Parts Advisor

to join their busy Stores Team. This is a key role within the operation, supporting both workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time and at the right price.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and supply the correct automotive parts for workshop repairs and fleet maintenance. Handle goods-in processes, receipting, and issuing parts to the workshop. Work closely with technicians to ensure parts are supplied quickly and accurately. Maintain accurate inventory records, track orders, and manage stock levels. Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of required parts. Liaise effectively with suppliers, technicians, and internal stakeholders. Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as required.

What We're Looking For:

Solid knowledge of automotive parts and components. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting. Strong communication and phone handling skills - confident, clear, and professional. Great attention to detail with a methodical approach to record keeping. A proactive and enthusiastic mindset - able to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

Full UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential)
