OTE: GBP \xc2\xa327,000.00/Yr. Overview: Glasgow Jaguar Land Rover, Hillington Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 plus Saturdays on rota basis 08:00 to 12:00 as overtime x1.5 Salary: \xc2\xa327,000 OTE (including basic of \xc2\xa325,000 plus bonus, overtime at x1.5)
Are you a Parts Advisor in search of a new challenge? You have arrived at the right place! Here at Hillington Jaguar Land Rover we are on the hunt for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our Jaguar Land Rover parts department. Working alongside a friendly and hard-working team of parts advisors, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations. As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will be required to complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner and log any discrepancies of stock with our amazing Parts Manager, Alan Frew. Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
• Completing Vehicle health checks for workshop
• Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
• Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date
• Answering call from customers
• Providing excellent customer care

Qualifications:
For this role we are looking for someone who has had previous experience in a similar role within the industry. You need to have an honest and diligent approach to work with the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality of work.
