Position: Parts Advisor

Salary: 32,000 - 40,000

Location: Cross Hands

Shift: Monday to Friday 8 am - 5.00 pm / 1 in 3 Saturday 8 am - 1 pm

As a Parts Advisor, you'll be an essential part of our clients customer service experience. Your main responsibilities include:

Assisting customers with enquiries in person and over the phone Collaborating with service colleagues to coordinate parts deliveries Managing stock and ordering parts through our clients online catalogue Liaising with our engineers who support customers across the country

Essential Skills:
