Halliwell Jones (Chester) is looking for a Parts Advisor.
Your role
The position is located at our Chester Centre which is a fantastic facility consisting of an impressive, recently modernised Aftersales Centre and Bodyshop and BMW Sales.
Your responsibilities:
- To satisfy all customer requirements and increase all aspects of the parts business through direct selling.
- To be fully conversant with all procedures within the Parts Department.
- Parts Experience within a Prestige centre
- Vehicle knowledge within a Prestige centre
- Excellent communication and customer liaison skills
- Experience communicating with Senior Managers and Head of Business (reports)
- Ability to communicate the company products and services in a professional and timely manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to use own initiative
- Computer Literate - Word packages and Drive
