What We Offer:

What You'll Be Doing:

Serving customers both face-to-face and over the phone in a professional, friendly manner Handling parts enquiries and orders, providing expert advice and support Supporting both the Parts Department and Front of House team with daily operations Proactively upselling service plans and parts to maximise earnings (uncapped commission)

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a Parts or Front of House role (ideally both) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive attitude with a focus on customer service and sales Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
