We are delighted to offer the opportunity to join Ayrshires largest independent motor group, we have a vacancy in our Parts Department in our Ayr branch and are looking for the right candidate to complement our existing team.
LOCATION - AYR
SALARY - DEPENDANT ON AGE AND EXPERIENCE, OVERTIME & BONUS AVAILABLE
JOB TYPE - FULL TIME, PERMANENT
HOURS - MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8AM - 5PM
All levels of experience considered
Full training will be provided and there will be an opportunity for accreditation
Your day-to-day duties will include
The procurement of parts from various suppliers
Ensuring stock levels of fast-moving parts are maintained
Researching and sourcing the most cost-effective parts whilst ensuring quality and compatibility
Liaising with the workshop and the sales team regularly to ensure the accuracy of orders and to advise on availability
Processing invoices and credit notes from suppliers
Keeping the parts department tidy whilst ensuring health and safety guidelines are adhered to
