Parts Administrator
Location: Avonmouth
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: \xc2\xa323,776 per annum PLUS BONUS

Main Duties
Conduct stock control activities, including inventory management, stock takes, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
Manage stock locations efficiently, ensuring easy accessibility and appropriate storage of parts.
Source parts as required, coordinating with suppliers and maintaining effective relationships.
Read and understand exploded views and wiring diagrams to facilitate accurate part identification.
Assist the team by providing necessary parts and materials in a timely manner.
Support product reworks while adhering to work regulations and quality standards.
Process customer orders and handle returns efficiently, maintaining accurate records.
Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge is desirable but not essential.

Confident individual with excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
Experience in a similar role is not essential; training will be provided.
Proficiency in reading and understanding exploded views and wiring diagrams is advantageous.
Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge is desirable but not essential.
