Job Description

MCS Group are looking for a Part-Qualified Accountant to join a growing accountancy practice in the Belfast area.

The Company:

Our client is a well-established accountancy practice in the Belfast area. They provide a range of services from Accounts, Audit, Advisory, Taxation etc. to an array of clients across Northern Ireland. Due to continued growth, now is a great time to join the company as they look to add a Part-Qualified Accountant to the business.

The Role

As the successful Part-Qualified Accountant, you will have the following duties:

• Working with a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors
• Completing statutory accounts
• Tax and VAT returns
• Advising clients and building relationships
• Addition ad-hoc duties

The Person

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Part-Qualified ACA/ACCA or ATI Qualified
• At least 2 years\' previous practice experience
• Previous experience in accounts and tax
• Experience in a client facing role
• Previous experience in a smaller, general practice role is desired but not essential
• The ability to work in a team and independently
