The Customer Service Department are looking for a skilled Key Account Administrator to oversee the relationship of the company for its partnership & intercompany division as well as key customer accounts. The successful candidate will be working closely in hand with the other key accounts administrator in the team to provide the best customer experience possible.
Responsibilities
Taking ownership of orders from receipt to despatch, including organising timely deliveries and collections with transport companies
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, developing trustful relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competitors
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs
Prompt complaint handling with the objective to resolve all situations faced by customers to maintain and increase trust
Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Producing customer open order and stock reports, uploading essential data on customer portals
Maintaining data in SAP (customer notes, addresses etc...)
Requirements and skills
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in customer service or supply chain
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with internal and external people
Excellent organisational skills and ability in problem-solving independently
Experience of SAP and MS Excel
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Pro-active nature
A good eye for detail, able to work methodically and prioritise workload
The Role is full time with working hours preferably between 8am and 4.15 pm Monday to Friday
Pay will be dependable upon experience
