This client is a top 5 tech giant and owner of some of the world\xe2\x80\x99s most popular social media platforms and instant messaging apps, connecting billions of people across the globe.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Music Content Operations, Rights Management) to review music publishing data (e.g., ISRCs, ISWCs)
• Trendspotting, creating best practice one-sheets across our products for music publishing partners
• Handle troubleshooting and requests for partner accounts
• Review data and create dashboards/trackers to measure music publisher and songwriter product engagement amongst other metrics
• Review/compile/analyse reports containing music publishing data for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain CRM database for music industry publishing partner
• Assist with preparing presentation materials and organise songwriter-focused events for both internal and external stakeholders

• 2+ years digital music experience specific to music publishing data/rights
• Must be able a team player and strong ability to work cross-functionally
• Firm understanding of social media platforms and interaction with music
• Must have a \xe2\x80\x9cSolutions\xe2\x80\x9d mindset
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organised
• Clear and concise oral/written communication skills
• Ability to meet multiple objectives in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment

• Experience with music licensing and copyright for various types of digital content including gaming, virtual reality, advertising, and film/television
• Data analytics experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Spanish (to communicate to Spanish-speaking partners)
