As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, assisting with menu selections, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide recommendations for menu items, including upselling specials and promotions. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables after guests leave. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle cash and process payments accurately.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to help others. Excellent guest services abilities, ensuring every customer feels valued. Experience in upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience. Basic culinary knowledge is advantageous for effective communication with kitchen staff. Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions and payments. Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Understanding of food safety practices to maintain high hygiene standards in the dining area and kitchen. Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

REQUIRED

At least 2 years of hospitality experience Basic coffee making experience/training Basic cocktail making experience/training
