Part Time Trust Administrator
Salary: \xc2\xa324,000

Location: Hull or York
Due to retirement, our client is looking for a part time trust administrator to join their current team. This role can be based in Hull or York and you will be required to work 21 hours per week, ideally over 3 days.
This role will entail dealing with trusts and estates in which experience is needed. You will be providing support to internal teams which will entail book record keeping, maintaining spreadsheets and general support.
THE ROLE:
This is an administrative role to support the trusts and estates department.
You will be managing books and record keeping.
Completing annual returns for charitable trusts
Dealing with grant applications and ensuring payments are made.
Preparing deeds and making changes for trusts
Preparing cash flow and ensuring the donations report is updated.
Managing the client data base
Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
THE CANDIDATE:
Previous experience working in a similar role and industry is needed.
Experience managing systems and up-dating records.
You will have good attention to detail skills.
Experienced monitoring and recording charitable cash flow
Strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task
Able to work and support a team
