We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor/Valater to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our clients. As a Sales Advisor/valater you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalised recommendations. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits. Assist customers with their purchases, ensuring a smooth transaction process. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance. Keep the sales floor organised and visually appealing by restocking shelves and arranging displays. Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition. Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions accurately. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
