Part time Planning Locum - Can be paid outside of IR35

Sellick Partnership are currently workign to recruit an experienced planning lawyer on behalf of our public sector client.

Duties will include:

• Section 106 agreements
• Planning enforcement advice
• General planning law advice
• Comittee mettings

The role will also require monthly representation at planning committees.

This is a part time position and can be paid outside of IR35

We are looking for an experienced planning lawyer as this role will have minimal supervision.
