Part Time Payroll Assistant - Sheffield - \xc2\xa328,000 (Pro rata)

Chase & Holland are partnering with a local, reputable manufacturing company to recruit this exciting position, that will allow for you to work on the payroll of around 300, whilst working closely with the payroll manager. The company we are working with has staff working in a shift pattern, so this will offer a new challenge in terms of how the payroll is processed. The company will be flexible in terms of how the hours will be worked for this role to meet your needs. This role would be for 25 hours per week.

Payroll Assistant responsibilities:

• Preparation of weekly/monthly payroll which will include staff who have worked varying shift patterns
• Administration of staff holidays and sickness
• Administration of the company credit cards
• Keeping up to date on all aspect of payroll legislation
• Providing month end/quarterly/year end information to other staff
• Managing of petty cash via BACS and manual petty cash
• Contact with Pension Administrators/Provider with queries
• Contact with HMRC on all payroll enquiries
• Managing all payroll related enquiries from staff and outside bodies
• Preparation of P45\'s/P46\'s/P60\'s
