Position: Mobile Patrol Supervisor

Site: London Health Sciences Centre

City: London, Ontario

Status: Part Time

Hours: Friday & Saturday 2230-0630hr

Pay Rate: $17.00

Working on assigned shifts, you will work part time shifts providing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents.? You will be required to write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to coded emergencies in a quick and efficient manner.? You should display excellent customer service skills and be able to work with people who are under stress or in need of medical assistance.? In this role, it is essential that you are physically fit and able to stand and walk for long periods of time. You will be driving and patrolling the hospital grounds in a marked company patrol vehicle responding to all incidents on hospital property as well as supervising contract security staff on site.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid G2 Class license with preferred driving experience of 3 years.
• Must provide driver abstract. No more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last three years.
• Previous supervisory experience is an asset.
• Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college preferred.
• Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact, and diplomacy
• High School Diploma/GED
• COVID Double Vaccinated
