We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in various software applications. The Administrator will be responsible for managing daily tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the company.
Duties
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manage correspondence and communications through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
Prepare and maintain reports using Excel and Word, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organised and easily accessible.
Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot basic technical issues as needed.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
Experience working in Financial Services preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
Experience working in an office is essential
Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive approach to work with a willingness to learn new skills.
This is an office only based job, working flexible hours 2.5 days a week. Its an exciting opportunity to assist and fast growing IFA firm with over 230 clients and 2 Financial Advisers
