We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Part-Time HR Assistant to support our HQ team with recruitment and onboarding. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for people.
Hours:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability
Prepare and organise starter files and onboarding documentation
Post and manage job adverts across various platforms
Work closely with the Company Director to support recruitment needs and HR processes
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an HR or recruitment role, ideally within hospitality and/or retail
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
Up-to-date knowledge of UK HR policies and employment legislation
