Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in HR systems. The Human Resources Administrator will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities



Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data entry and reporting. Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies and tracking candidate progress. Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and orientation is conducted effectively. Support the administration of employee benefits programmes and assist with inquiries related to HR policies. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement HR initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and retention. Utilise Salesforce for managing employee records and communications effectively. Engage in social media management to enhance the company's employer brand and attract potential candidates. Generate reports using tools such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Workday to analyse HR metrics and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a Human Resources role or similar administrative position. Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems; familiarity with Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Workday is advantageous. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all HR documentation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organisation. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred. Knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment purposes is desirable. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills within the HR domain.
