Part Time Hourly Paid Skills Trainer In Aircraft Fitting
Job Description
We have an opportunity available to work for Burnley College on a part-time hourly-paid basis, as a Skills Trainer in Aircraft Fitting.
If you are interested in this role and have relevant subject and/or sector knowledge and experience, we would like to discuss this opportunity in more detail with you to understand your skills and experience in relation to the role available. Experience training, coaching or mentoring others in an aircraft fitting role, in industry or education, is essential. Support will be provided by an experienced Trainer/Assessor.
This role will involve delivering Level 2 Skills and Knowledge to Apprentices in our centre of Engineering Excellence. The programme includes;
- Marking out techniques
- Relevant Health and Safety procedure
- Cutting and forming of metallic and composite materials
- Fastenings and joining methods
- Measurement and inspection
