Duties

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation's goals. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to optimise financial performance. Manage accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping. Conduct financial planning activities, including risk assessment and investment analysis. Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and trends. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all accounting practices. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Skills

Strong knowledge of cost control principles and practices. Expertise in financial services, including accounting standards and regulations. Proven experience in financial planning and management with a focus on strategic outcomes. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a finance team. Proficiency in accounts payable processes and financial accounting practices. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate reporting. Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex financial information to stakeholders. Accounting qualification required
